Is FunnelCAD free?

Yes — the full model and every calculation work without an account. The editor keeps your funnels in your browser, and you can export any of them as a .fcad file. A free account adds 3 cloud boards and snapshot links. Pro raises that to 200 cloud boards and adds live links with comments. Studio, planned for later and not sold yet, is to add collaboration.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. The editor needs no account at all — open the app and start modelling. A free account (see Pricing) keeps up to 3 boards in the cloud, on every device, and lets you share them as snapshot links.

What's a .fcad file?

The funnel file FunnelCAD exports and imports: one funnel with all its scenarios, as plain JSON. Because it's a plain file, funnels stay yours even if you never upgrade — cloud boards add sync on top, they don't replace your files.

Can I share a funnel with someone else?

Yes, with a link to a cloud board. On every plan, including Free, you can make a snapshot link: a read-only copy of the board as it is when you make or update it, which people can view and, if you allow it, copy into their own browser. With Pro, you can also make a live link, which always shows the board as it is now; with comments on, the people you give it to can comment and suggest values (they sign in with a free account). Pro can also protect a live link with a password. You decide what each link shows: whether it includes notes and tasks, and — on every plan — which scenario it opens on and which scenarios people can see (the others are never sent). You can stop or replace a link at any time.

You can also export the board: send the .fcad file, or an SVG, PNG or PDF.

Can I go back to an earlier version?

Yes, for the boards in your account. File ▸ Version history… lists a board's earlier versions, with when it changed and who changed it — you, or an app you connected, such as Claude. You can restore a version (the state before it is kept as a version too) or copy it as a new board. Free keeps the versions of the last 7 days, Pro those of the last 6 months; until paid plans start, every account keeps 6 months. Funnels kept only in your browser have no version history.

What can I export?

SVG, PNG and PDF, plus the funnel itself as a .fcad file — on every plan, including Free.

What's the difference between Pro and Studio?

Pro is for one person: 200 cloud boards on every device, live links your clients can comment on, password-protected links, scenarios on cloud boards, 6 months of version history, and Claude connected to your boards. It costs €19 a month, or €159 a year — €13.25 a month, about 30% less than paying monthly — and the first 14 days are free. At launch, the first 50 customers get a founding price of €99 a year, locked in for as long as their subscription runs.

Studio is not sold yet — it is planned for later. The plan is to add real-time collaboration and team and client workspaces, for teams and consultants modelling on behalf of clients, priced per workspace, not per seat: €49 a month flat, with 3 seats and unlimited client workspaces included. Until it launches, these are plans, not a product you can buy.

FunnelCAD is for businesses only (see Section 9 of the Terms of Service), so all prices are net, excluding VAT.

Can I connect Claude to FunnelCAD?

Yes, with Pro, including the 14-day trial. Once Claude is connected, you can ask it about your boards — "Which of my funnels makes the most a month?" — and have it change a board when you ask. It works with the figures FunnelCAD computes, not with guesses. Free can't connect apps.

In Claude (on the web or in the desktop app):

1. Open Settings ▸ Connectors, press Add and choose Add custom connector.
2. Paste https://app.funnelcad.com/mcp, name it FunnelCAD and press Add.
3. Press Connect, sign in to FunnelCAD and press Allow on FunnelCAD's page.

In Claude Code: run

claude mcp add --transport http funnelcad https://app.funnelcad.com/mcp

then type /mcp in Claude Code, choose funnelcad and sign in to FunnelCAD.

To disconnect Claude, open Account settings ▸ Connections in FunnelCAD; changing your password disconnects every app too. What Claude receives and what FunnelCAD keeps about the connection is in the Privacy Policy.

Does FunnelCAD connect to my ad accounts or CRM?

Not yet. Google Ads, Meta, Calendly, Stripe and CRM integrations are on the roadmap so a model can update from real numbers automatically — see Overview.
